Service Description
Immerse yourself in the culture of French Gastronomy in this hands-on cooking class. Prepare and then enjoy your meal with other classmates. Sample menu: Starter: Pumpkin, Mushroom or Chestnut velouté (soup) Main: Herb-Roasted fowl with Port Sauce Sides: Potato Purée/Mousseline, Seasonal Roasted Root Vegetables Salads: Salade Verte, classic vinaigrette Cheese Platter with wine pairings suggestions and samples. Dessert: Tarte Tatin or Mousse au Chocolat Champagne, wines and non-alcoholic beverages provided. Menu will vary based on availability. 3 ½ hour class
